“Edinburgh’s hottest underground queer club night is back!” they yell. “Fresh after Bongo re-opens, our residents and friends are back to give you a hot and heavy night of ukg, electro, jungle, and more hot and heavy fresh sounds and a night you’ll never forget.
Tickets £5 in advance.

“We’re raising funds for the Edinburgh Student Housing Cooperative, as members and residents. A housing cooperative is a form of housing owned by a democratic group, rather than a private owner. ESHC is a rare form of cooperative that is not managed by paid staff or elected committee members, but by all 106 residents. Our fundraising drive is to help meet our mission of low-cost, community run housing, despite the cost of living crisis. We plan to expand the cooperative in years to come so that more and more people can have the chance to escape exploitative landlords and manage their own housing together, no matter what background or means they have.
The ESHC Safer Spaces Policy will be observed during the night. Some ESHC members will be identifiable and contactable about any issues or bother you might face in the club on the night. Our dancefloor is a place where we can relax and enjoy ourselves. Our volunteers take short active bystander training to feel confident dealing with some incidents. Attendees help by calling it out when someone’s harassing or bothering someone else, letting someone know when they see someone treating others badly, and refraining from taking any unsolicited pictures or videos of strangers (other than listed performers on stage).
We have zero tolerance for any predatory or unconsentual behaviour and do not hesitate to remove those who don’t treat others with respect- we hope that you would hold yourself and your friends to the same standard. Attendees are expected to follow our example in treating the venue as if it was their own- leaving no mess or damage to be cleaned up by our hosts.”
