This time we will be joined by drag performers from the House of Cooper Kunt – they’ll be making mayhem on the stage, creeping out of dark corners, germinating in the smoking area, and fluorescing into the limelight throughout the night.

Principle 8 exists to raise funds for the Edinburgh Student Housing Cooperative, as members and residents. A housing cooperative is a form of housing owned by a democratic group, rather than a private owner. ESHC is a rare form of cooperative that is not managed by paid staff or elected committee members, but by all 106 residents. Our fundraising drive is to help meet our mission of low-cost community-run housing through the cost of living crisis. We’re working as part of the cooperative movement to share the opportunity we’ve had to escape exploitative landlords and manage our own housing together, no matter our background or means.”
