“Hardly pausing to dust ourselves down after the madness of the Fringe, Alien Disko returns to Bongo to bring you a multi-genre rave extravaganza across two rooms!” they yell. “We’ll be joined by special guest GLITCHGIRL, travelling from Liverpool to unleash her unique blend of genre-bending chaos upon us!
GLITCHGIRL is an international multi-genre hard electronic music producer from Spain. She has released several albums spanning a wide variety of sounds with elements of Breakcore, Drum and Bass, Hardcore, IDM, and Donk. Her DJ sets are an explosive concotion of 174+ BPM madness, focussed in Drum and Bass but always refusing to conform to traditional genre lines. Having played all across Europe and at events like Bang Face and Tramlines Festival, she now sets her sights on Edinburgh to bring the mayhem to Alien Disko!
Support in the main room will be provided by Sunday Service’s Pollyanna and AD Residents Teknocrat, Rodent and F:N serving up Alien Disko’s signature dish of Drum and Bass, Tekno, and Hardcore styles.

In the upstairs room we are happy to host an exclusive takeover edition of Club Anywhen: In The Wild Club. Anywhen is the brain child of ETC/Riot Radio Records’ Morphamish, an online audio-visual show hosted on You Call That Radio?, showcasing some of the finest DJs and producers from around Scotland in a weekly streaming format.
As they prepare to launch their new series this September, they’ll be taking over the upstairs room with a special live edition. DJs Morphamish and Laldy will provide an eclectic selection of Techno, Bass, Breaks, Acid, Afrobeat, Balkan, Punk Funk, Samba and more throughout the night, to a backdrop of spellbinding live visuals conjured by VJs Pencase and Bloof as they transform the upstairs room into the Club Anywhen interdimensional exploration station.”
