It’s a brand new, spin-off night from Gamma Ray Dali and her team (behind the much-loved Confusion Is Sex nights)! Following massive recent CIS nights (with over 400 ppl at their last night at the Bongo in June and then between 600 and 800 ppl for each of their festival specials at Cabaret Voltaire), it was hardly going to be the end altogether and the new night is much more focussed on the DJs and the dance floor, with the more twisted, freaky Confusion Is Sex nights continuing at less regular intervals, in extra-special, one-off locations.
Tonight’s launch party features much-loved Confusion Is Sex resident Dolby Anol (also the singer inDananananaykroyd/Alarm Bells – pictured above), whose productions have earned him deals in Japan and copious remixes, bring a DJ set of his characteristic funky electro-house and ghetto-tech.
