Two UK dance legends play Bongo this weekend, as bona fide jungle/dnb legend Dillinja returns to headline Disorder and equally high profile house/disco stars Crazy P return to headline Club_Nacht x Hobbes Music.
Both acts have performed at Bongo before, Dillinja most recently for Midnight Bass’ Hogmanay event and Crazy P last February for Club_Nacht x Hobbes Music, both acts respectively playing to a completely sold out Bongo, not to mention other clubs across the UK of late…
Unfortunately due to having emergency (and very unexpected) spinal surgery last week, Mrs Magoo will no longer be playing on Friday night. “We are currently looking at future dates to reschedule Mrs Magoo and we are wishing her a quick and speedy recovery!” say the Disorder crew.
Dillinja will now be playing a longer set (90 mins) instead with Leesha & Harry Jackson stepping in on support alongside Peski and Kirky P aka “Gallway’s finest”.
CN x HM are also feting 14 years of “shindigs, questionable patter and doing things the hard way… properly” at the much-loved Hector’s House club night (which championed underground house music and disco at Cabaret Voltaire throughout the ’10s). As such, Hector’s stalwart David Elders will be warming up the main room with Hobbes, while the upstairs space champions a team of newcomers in the shape of Ferb, Cara Hegarty, J4ack and Jedda.
And, if you want to start early on Saturday evening, there’s even a unique live show via the genius/madness of The Baron Nonesutch Band. Cabaret? Comedy? Theatre? Art? Live Music? As affiliates will assure you, the Baron is all of the above and more with equally madcap support from The Egg Lord and newcomers Y.I.O.T.A. More info/tickets
