For the lost, the lovelorn and the generally miserable, it’s time to forget Valentine’s Day and all the hearts and flowers and chocolates that you definitely won’t get! For your broken-hearted delight, Poetry Circus presents our annual cabaret showcase of the finest talent from all four corners of Brexit-torn Britain in a deliciously heart-wrenching evening of spoken word and physical performance. Our very own Angie Strachan tops the bill, backed up by a crew of the most delectable bleeding hearts ever assembled under one roof before, and you can thrill to Elizabeth McGeown, Jo Gilbert, Molly McLachlan, Gray Crosbie, Imogen Stirling, Suky Goodfellow, Orla Kelly, Rebecca Clark, Craig A Black, Nadia Freeman, Maud Start, Annie Foy and Max Scratchmann. Enough for any programme, you’d think, but we also have physical theatre from Rach Rostock, a burlesque floorshow from Andromada Mystic and a fantastic Scottish-Cajun musical finale from The Jennifer Ewan Band!
23:00-03:00 £7 (£5 students)
