Mumbo Jumbo mixes it up a whole heap. Now augmented by new recruit Eva Crystaltips, resident DJs (and Bongo stalwarts) Trendy Wendy and Steve Austin play everything from disco, funk and soul to electro and house – essentially Saturday night party music all night long. Meanwhile, fellow stalwart ‘Bongo’ David Bernard gets busy on the live percussion and fellow new recruits Erb & Ting (alias Al Roberts and Groove Armada’s MC MAD) also get jamming LIVE on guitar & vox. AND upstairs it’s The GO-GO, with DJ ‘Tall’ Paul Robinson and friends playing gassy and groovy 60s Pop and Beat, Mod Tunes, Soul, Rock N Roll, Garage, and Ye-Ye… Two clubs for the price of one?!
