‘After a sell-out relaunch in February, we’re back again! This time we debut in The Bongo Club, for bigger beats, bigger sounds, and heavier flows,’ they say.
‘We are so delighted to welcome DJ and producer Giulia Tess, making her Scottish debut in Edinburgh. The past year has been huge for her high-energy genre-bending sounds, moving from strength to strength since her punchy first release of 2021, ‘200417’ on Ross From Friends’ label featuring skittering breaks over emotive slow-growing melodies and percussive beats with rhythms to move a dance floor.
With an eccentric style developed over a host of influences and experiences, from her monthly radio show on London station Threads, to playing fresh & energetic sets at the likes of Phonox, The Cause, Fabric, HÖR Berlin and Keep Hush, with driving baselines and an unmatchable focus on the groove – we couldn’t be more excited.
But there’s more! Across both rooms from 11 expect a stacked line-up of Edinburgh-based selectors, flowing through a delicious spread of genres from breaks, techno, garage, house and disco.
